OUR STUDIO PLOICY
Welcome to SRP Media Group! To ensure a professional, safe, and productive environment for all our clients and staff, we have established the following studio policies. By booking a session with us, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.
General Rules
No Weapons: For the safety of everyone, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Respectful Behavior: We expect all clients and guests to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Cleanliness: Please keep the studio clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly and avoid bringing food or drinks near sensitive equipment.
Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is allowed inside the studio. Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation, but excessive drinking is prohibited.
Booking and Payments
Session Fees: All session fees must be paid in full before the start of the session. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
Additional Guests: A $10 fee may apply for each additional person attending the session.
Initial booking: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring guests.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Equipment and Property
Equipment Use: Please handle all equipment with care. Any damage caused by misuse will be the client’s responsibility.
Personal Belongings: SRP Media Group is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.
Recording & Production
Session Time: Your session time starts and ends at the scheduled times. Please arrive on time to make the most of your booked session.
File Storage: We will store your project files for up to 30 days after your session. Please ensure you have backups of your files.
Copyright and Licensing: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and licenses for any material they bring into the studio.
Health and Safety
COVID-19 Precautions: We follow all local health guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Please wear a mask if required and practice social distancing.
Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of our staff and evacuate the building if necessary.
